Ordering

How do I enter my registration?

Type it into the Registration number box exactly as it appears on your V5C logbook, for example AB12 CDE. Letters, numbers and spaces only, up to 8 characters. Please double-check it before you add to basket, because your plates are made to exactly what you enter.

Can I order a single plate?

Yes. Choose Front & Rear for a matching pair, or Front Only or Rear Only if you just need one.

What sizes do you make?

Most car styles come in a standard 20" plate and shorter 14", 16" and 18" options. Oversized, 4x4 and motorcycle plates have their own sizes. The exact size in millimetres (width × height) is shown on every size option, so measure your plate recess if you're not sure.

What is the printed border option?

An optional thin border printed around the edge of the plate. Choose With border or Without border on the product page.

Which badges can I add?

You can choose no badge, or a UK, GB, EV or EV UK badge, each in a Printed, 3D Gel or 4D finish. EV badges are show-style only and aren't for road use.

Road use and the law

Are your plates road legal?

Plates for road use have to meet the British Standard (BS AU 145e) and the display rules set by the government. Before we make road-use plates, we need proof of your identity and your right to use the registration. See the ID & V5C requirements.

What are show plates?

Show plates use colours, fonts, finishes or badges that aren't allowed on the road. They're made for car shows, garages and display only. Each product page says when a style is for show use.
